“Today Andrew McComas came by to do service on our a/c. We had several issues since installation. One issue was the noise that continued after it had reached its temperature and shuts off. The sound would last more that five minutes, which was an annoying high pitch sound. Andrew sealed areas that was leaking air, and we noticed it right away that sound had not lasted. He also check the entire system to assure us it was in great working condition. He cleaned the entire inside. I was complaining about the special system we paid for to combat the dust, didn’t seem to be working as well as the one we initially put in my house in 2004. But Andrew explained some things to make me feel I didn’t need Trane to come and get it out. So the kindness Andrew showed us, the respect, the teaching us about our system, made me feel confident that I actually knew something about our system. Thank you for sending a great service person. And thank you for training him with all the knowledge. I’ve decided he will be our personal service person!!!”
