“This was my first time using Southern Efficiency and this was because Modern Air stopped servicing my area. Adam and Christian showed up right in the middle of the service window which was great. Because of Covid-19 I requested that they wear masks and they did so without any complaints and they put on shoe covers while working in the house. Both of them were very polite and professional the whole time they were working. They checked out everything required for an AC inspection and even found a capacitor that was going bad in my condenser which they repaired right away. It was nice that it was a two man team which allowed them to close out the ticket efficiently. Thank you for coming out and taking care of a vital part of my home!! Great job!!”

“There’s a reason they have a 5 star rating! Mark was very professional, considerate and attentive to all the opportunities my 26 year old system was experiencing. Personally, I knew I needed an upgrade and Mark explained everything of what they would use, why they have used the materials in the past and are consistent with using the proper materials for the job. What when from a problematic fan to a complete system upgrade was the right time with the right people. Looking forward to a complete duct cleaning with them in the very near future. There were no cut corners and best of equipment used. If you are in need of an honest person for the job and trustworthy work performed, I’d recommend nobody else. Again, there’s a reason they have a 5 Star rating!”

“My AC went out at around 2 PM on 12 September. I didn’t realize it until about 4 pm but then had to go to work for 12.5 hours. On my way to work I scheduled an appointment for arrival between 8-10 AM on Sunday Sept 13th. Upon arrival in the 0900 hour they spent all the time necessary investigating my issue. I did heat and air back in the early 2000s before joining the military and had some knowledge and was impressed with the amount of knowledge the technician knew. I was also very thankful as after working a 12.5 hour shift I did not trust myself and my aged knowledge to effectively diagnose the issue. The issue ended up being loose wires in part of the furnace disconnect box that caused it to trip, as well as a clog somewhere between the outside and the drain pan that was causing some water accumulation in the furnace area. The technician was completely professional and I would not only use their service again but would also recommend it to others. “Woke up to frozen AC coils , I knew it was a matter of time before I would have to replace. Did a google search for Navarre went down the list looking at reviews came across Southern Efficiency 140+ positive 5 star reviews SURE! Gave them a call they squeezed me in and about a half hour later they promptly showed up. Diagnosed the problem needed a system replacement which I knew I was on borrowed time so no shock. Worked up an estimate for a 5 ton system and was pleasantly surprised by the price. They were able to service my old unit to limp it along until they could come out in 4 days to replace. The 2 gentleman that came out and replaced my unit were outstanding, went above and beyond to PROPERLY install new unit, do a complete checkout of the system, relocate thermostat to get a better reading, checked air flow, air leaks, cut out opening for a larger air intake a problem my old AC suffered from cleaned up like they were never there. I see why they have 140+ 5 star reviews and my first time giving a 5 star review.

“Crew went well above the call of duty at a very difficult installation. Undersized utility closet required removal and replacement of water heater and re-work of condensate and supply plumbing in order to install new air handler unit. To avoid possible handling damage to the compressor a crane was used to set the unit on top of the five story building at no additional cost to the customer. Quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent. I strongly recommend Southern Efficiency and have recommended them to others in my condominium.”
